Can I wear these shoes with leggings?

So after years of wearing extremely casual clothes to my work (think jeans and trackies, it's mental health setting), I have changed job and have to wear more formal work wear. Posted a month or so ago and got some good advice.

Ok get the picture! God I hate shoes and accessories I'm rubbish at matching them to outfits. Wish I found this all effortless!
