Well I've wanted one for ages, my mum came across one at the market today and got it for me 
Anyway I know the claims will be fake like loose 10lbs in two weeks! I know that diet and exercise are needed to loose weight!
But I do think it will be good for my hips and abs! So if anyone had one I would love to hear how it worked out! And how long you need to do it each day to get results?
