Jersey blazer for tall person with ape arms?

Hi, can anyone recommend a jersey blazer with a decent arm length? I'm 5' 9", size 12 with very long arms. I'm also quite long in the body, so most blazers make me look like a bullfighter as they just look too short. I'd like a navy one, budget up to £50, but ideally would like to spend less than that. Thanks in advance.

I'm long of arms and body. Arms slightly too short but it works well folded up. The body is perfect length.

I'm a size 12-14 on top, and got a large. It fits perfectly.
