Dermaflannel, how many times a week can I really go fo it?

I have foolishly lost or binned my dermaflannel instructions

If I really give it a good scrub so my skin feels a bit tingly/sunburt afterwards, should I limit that to once a week?

And will this truly ever get rid of the pitted/open pores each side of my nose?

I use mine twice a day every day.

The instructions said 2-3 per week iirc.

I've been doing every 3rd day with a quick swoosh over on the 2 days between.

Doesn't your skin get really sore if you do more? (maybe I am scrubbing too hard/concentrating too hard on my bad areas?)

Mine seems to go flakey and need a swoosh over midweek if I really scrub at the weekend. Maybe it's not right to scrub so much that it flakes?
