Anyone tried hyaluronic acid orally?

I tried it for 3 months, used the one recommended on Victoria Health website.

I didn't think it made much difference. No one said anything and I couldn't see a difference myself.

I have subsequently bought the YSL Touche Éclat foundation and that makes a huge difference and loads of people have complimented my skin, so I'd recommend that instead.

I am 37.

I haven't, but I would LOVE to see the 'before' and 'after' pics of the stomach lining. I bet the 'after' innards looked splendidly youthful :)

Youthful innards, now there's an incentive! Doctors everywhere could admire them if I ever have an invasive operation :)

don't waste your money, omega oils are good for the skin, try a high strength fish oil

I did didn't really see any difference flaxseed oil more effective and much cheaper !!!!
