cover up for this ted baker dress

Further advice needed please

I have bought this dress dress

which I love.

but I need something to put over it for times when it is too cold to wear without a cover up e.g out in evening, or just to cover up my arms. need to be something cropped so it doesn't cover up the peplum - plus I am petite. doesn't need to be too smart I plan to dress it down at times.

I have shrugs and a bolero jacket, neither looked right. Have also tried a cropped denim jacket but it wasn't cropped enough

any ideas?

I just get the dresses page, not an individual dress

I'm not sure there's a cover up that would work well with that dress. It's quite structured and 'designed'. I'd you're worried about the chill could you carry a largish pashmina or wrap and just use as needed?
