I want white skinny jeans.

Where do you all yours from? I've tried karen millens and river island but the fit isn't quite right.

Try Levi's Demi Curve Skinnies got mine for £24 in TK Maxx a few weeks ago.

I have several pairs of skinny jeans and I agree that next ones are waaaay too tight. After a trying on session tonight I have got to say the most flattering ones I have are George at Asda. And I generally think their clothing is poor quality. I tried on a similar pair, same colour, in Karen Millen this week and the Asda ones still win.

been wanting some too. if you have baxters do you vuy your normal size or go up a size to avoind the sausage effect?

I bought my normal size in the baxters but had to go up a size in Jamie's.

I find jean sizes very erratic, according to all saints jeans I'm a 12. I'm actually an 8 in most places.

I went up a size (well, I am between sizes, and I bought a 28 in coloured skinnies and a 30 in white skinnies). White sausage effect was not something I was looking to emulate...

I got a surprise package at the weekend from boden - forgot I'd ordered the white skinnies after seeing doesmybum in them.

They were pretty horrid - the white was dingey and the stitching was a grey colour.

Must remember that she is a lot taller than me and nothing she wears every suits me sadly.

I got a pair from Next last week for £22; they're pretty good for the price. I didn't want to spend a pile on them because my thighs seem to act like dirt magnets when I've got pale jeans on.

oh, and if anyone is interested in the Oasis Cherry jeans, I sized up from my usual. They are true to size but very snug so i do recommend trying on 2 pairs before buying. I am somewhere between 8 and 10 and the Oasis 10's were perfect. Plus, it avoids the sausage problem as i mentioned before.

On a weird note, I tried a pair of my 'usual size' white jeans from Dotty P's last month and couldn't get them up my legs! Buying jeans is a horror unequaled.
