Twiggys hat in the 60s?

Does anyone know what i mean? I saw a woman walking up in the rain with a hat that Twiggy wore in the 60s, are these in fashion or out of fashion at the minute or are they coming back in fashion again? Im not up to date on fashion, i mostly wear jeans or traccy bottoms.

its not like either of them i dont know what theyre called but i would say theyre baker boy hats maybe thats what its called im not sure!
