Saw a woman on the news once who didn't vote because she didn't want to be on the 'Electrical Pole'...?

5318008 · 28/04/2013 16:57

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 28/04/2013 17:18

Pmsl at snorting coke...diet coke.

It'll be the same people who say, 'pacifically' when they mean specifically, or 'prostrate cancer.'

noddyholder · 28/04/2013 17:29

Nehru · 28/04/2013 17:33

Nehru · 28/04/2013 17:34

LORDY do NOT do a search on here for the word leggins

all over ante natal

mewkins · 28/04/2013 20:21

I can't stand it when people are 'generally surprised' rather than 'genuinely surprised'.

Also hate spendy. And ickle. And naice (what?!??!?!).

Phew, glad I got that off my chest.

GetOrfMoiLand · 28/04/2013 20:24

You have reminded me of my favourite ever mumsnet spelling mistake.

On a rather delicate thread (so nobody said anything) someone complained that something was 'uneffical'.

Nearly as funny the mumsnetter who was complaining about her local council and spelled it 'cancel'.

Thickos.

GetOrfMoiLand · 28/04/2013 20:26

I never thought that the Chester draws thing was such a thing but someone mentioned it on a thread and I looked on eBay for Chester draws - there were loads of them.

I have never seen leggins though.

noddyholder · 28/04/2013 20:32

I would say 4 out of 5 ads on gumtree.I keep hearing people say brought instead of bought too

SeventiesBush · 28/04/2013 20:46

And they visit councillors when their relationships are in trouble.

5318008 · 28/04/2013 22:44

God yes too funny, uneffical and yup still snorting at cancel, hahahaha

Nehru · 28/04/2013 22:48

I've just looked. There are. Photo on twitter

ThedementedPenguin · 28/04/2013 22:56

This thread is discusting.

Wink
Nehru · 28/04/2013 22:57

WOAAAAAAH WOAH WOAH
THAT is beyond the pale.

ZacharyQuack · 29/04/2013 00:58

The most apt spelling mistake I've seen on here was someone describing their upset stomach as "dire rear".
