Black dress, black tights... What colour shoes?

Do they have to be black too? It's a short silk dress.

I have coloured tights but that look with a black dress is a bit 10 years ago isn't it...

Thanks, but I just realised my shoes are actually not silver but grey patent. Would these work? The gold ones are quite pale gold so feel quite summery to me...

I would wear black shoes. I don't really like the look of black tights with anything other than black shoes.
