I have a friend who is utterly lovely ... And very generous... And has loads more money than me... She had a picture made for my 40th - 3 cocktail glasses made out of words of our past (it's a long and colourful past

It's her 40th soon - what can I get her???? Funds are very very limited but she is always so thoughtful and generous with me I want her to love what I get her....
We live 150 miles away so it will have to be posted ...
Any ideas?
