i need control from boobs to knees! any recommendations. spanx are very expensive.

Trinny and susannah, really good and not as tight as spanx so more comfortable to wear all day, also have proper straps so no bra bulge problems.

I got a great 'slip' thing in M&S at christmas. It smooths really well & has the advantage that it doesn't ride up. You wear your own bra underneath.
