Please help me find shoes for my new dress

Just ordered this lovely black dress and now I need shoes.

The question: do I go for black or go for colour? Have a media luvvie party to go to with a friend. I REALLY cannot walk in big high heels - tend to wear block heels and no higher than 2-3inches. Size 7 hooves.

Bonus if you can find an awesome handbag / accessories too :o

I like the dress but it does have the air of ballet dancer or drama teacher. Drama teacher would have colour shoes so be careful.
Black is easy. I'd go with a nice black pair with an interesting heel - see through or glitter.

Right, have ordered these bad boys. Will see if they fit and if I can walk in them - trying to track down the IC ones as I refuse to pay their outrageous delivery and return cost :)
