Delivery takes a fortnight, so it's not quick, but I think the routing via Germany for tax purposes explains that

jamese · 17/05/2006 10:53

I use Gymboree stuff as well, especially when it is in the sales. I have to admit never buying anything now at full price, but they always have something in the sales and the exchange rate and delivery is soo good.

I didn't realise that Pumpkin Patch sold online, last time I looked they didn't. They used to have a shop here in Swindon but it closed down, so pleased to see online - off now to take a look!

I have a question re sizing for Pumpkin Patch.

Would size 2 fit an average 2 year old?
I have no idea what size my DD is height or lengh wise and whilst I know I could go upstairs and take a look at other clothes, I am resting up after an op and would much rather ask you guys!!

PP has generous sizing, also most trousers have adjustable waistbands.
MY dd is a 3 in gap and gymboree but only a 2 in PP.
HTH

vickiyumyum · 17/05/2006 11:26

re pp sizing size2 is up to age 2 so if they need a 2-3 elsewhere they need a 3 in pp. hope that makes sense.

i loe pp clothing and gymboree, i think it was you beety who alerted me to there existance last season! and i ordered quite a bit from them then, now dd is here i am looking again at the girls clothes as about to do an order for ds2 ( i like that they are 'young' clothes as ds2 is only 4but wears an age 5 clothing as he is so tall) but she really doesn't need anyhting, so will have to try and resist.

Pumpkin Patch are definitely generous sizes. Portly DS2 (5) still fits a PP size 4 nicely.

jamese · 17/05/2006 11:41

Those shorts are fab, and good price for approx £10 - almost worth having another baby for - as long as I can guarentee a boy that is..

Why are girls stuff never as cool!

thanks for the hint batters, took a quick look and the sale stuff looks reasonable.

I realky surfy stuff but as my DD is only 2.5 it is quite hard to find - especially as I can't afford to pay loads for it.
