I can't really decide what they are - are they a different variety of "workout" shoe?

If so, I got some fitflops from Charles Clinkard for £15 last year. They seem to come up on sale regularly.

Go to outlet sports shops , they sell exercise trainers for a fraction of their original price. If u happen to live in Cheshire, Cheshire oaks has a Nike outlet shop and it's fab!
