What goes with this dress for a wedding?

I've ordered this dress for a wedding: Blue, size: here but don't know how to accessorize it?

The black belt comes separate (which is good as the belt makes it look cheap).

Should I go with nude? Or stick with black?

I'm a size 12 and 5'11 (so look slimmer than what I actually am) with size 8 feet, so don't mind wearing heels. I have some nude coloured dolly shoes (need to get them re-healed) or I have black sandal shoes I also have a black fascinator / headband thingy from Coast which is lovely but I'm aware fascinators are not the "in" thing to wear

Any ideas?

I think nude shoes would look fine BUT if I was wearing any kind of belt with it, I'd go for black which would mean black shoes as well. You might not need a belt though depending on how it falls when it's on.

It doesn't need a belt really, the detail in the dress has a like a built in waste bit, so I could ditch the belt completely.

The picture doesn't do it much justice, the dress is a lovely floaty material and looks lovely on (suits my column shape and gives me some waist/curves)
