Ordered a promdress here from Joydress on 25th February. Anticipated delivery should have been last week - I didnt realise they were made up in China (I think). Email correspondence asking where the dress is results in confusing messages that dont make sense. I'm now worried its a scam and considering claiming back though paypal for my money back.
Has anyone else used this company and were you happy with the dress/service if you used them? My daughter is now getting anxious about finding an alternative dress.
