epsom salts ..can you get in supermarket?

have been reading all the marvellous uses for them
and how they can exfoliate my feet
even can be used as a laxative !

where can I buy on the high street?

Boots, although there has been a supply issue in all the stores in my area (in Scotland) so now I just buy in bulk on eBay. It's marvellous stiff :)

how much do you buy at a time?

Sainsburys pharmacy order in a 2kg box for me. It's about £7 and is in store the next day.

I use it for bathing.

I think mine are magnesium sulphate.
They should ask if you want them for bathing etc, I think there's a different kind that you can take as a laxative etc.

I get mine from the garden centre - large boxes and iirc its about a third of the price. same stuff just aimed at a different market.

oh and it was my chiropractic who told me to get it from there Smile
