What are people wearing in offices these days?

I've been working from home for the last 8 years. I've not been into the office itself for at least 3 years and that was a flying visit. The company is now moving to new premises and I'm going to be office based two days a week.
I haven't got a clue how to dress for work ! It will be a fairly casual atmosphere, probably not jeans casual, but suits aren't expected either. I'm thinking of getting 4 work outfits to rotate over the 2 days a week. Do women still wear skirts to work? In my last office we wore skirts and dresses mostly in the summer. I'll be starting in mid May so will hopefully be doing a summer wardrobe by then.

I wear dresses and black crepey trousers with some sort of blouse, and cardi or jacket over the top. Mid heel bright red patent court shoes is also a current favourite.....no matching suits...I tend not to wear skirts these days, just find trousers/top and dresses easier to wear and put together, and there's not so many pieces to juggle or mix and match.

I tend to wear cropped or peg leg trousers in spring/summer in black or grey or navy, and a pretty or stripy top of some kind, with ballet flats. In winter I wear warm dresses (jumper dresses or wool ones or long sleeve ones) with opaque black tights and boots (ankle or clompy winter boots, depending on weather) or ballet flats.

Dresses or smart separates. Very few suits where I work (fairly formal environment but suits tend to be reserved for external meetings). Skirts/dresses seem more popular than trousers and I think they look smarter too.

There are some nice separates on the Hobbs outlet website.

I mainly wear dresses with the odd day in trousers. I used to wear suits all the time, but have shelved them all for tailored dresses.

Cropped trousers are too casual for my office. I wear trousers with tops and cardigans (cos we have fierce aircon) or dresses with cardigans or jackets.

We have a dress code where I work, so no jeans except on dress down Fridays, no scruffy shoes/trainers, no boob tubes/very low cut tops and no mini skirts.

I wish we had a dress code at work.

I'm fed up of seeing youngsters colleagues in jeans, trainers and vest tops (usually with grubby bra straps showing). Horrible.

I usually wear dark trousers (linen in summer) and a smart top. I like to differentiate between work and casual clothes, smart clothes make me feel more professional.

Smart dresses, with a jacket or cardigan. Never suits and I don't wear trousers, partly because I'm too fat but also because I find it difficult to match them up with decent shoes. Often wear boots and opaques this time of year. Neutral tights in the summer unless very hot, but blotchy legs not a good look.
