I only wear a tiny proportion of my clothes...

....I don't have that many in the first place.

Do you keep clothes for best or just wear them all anyway?

Other than pepperberry where can I buy shirts for work that will fit a busty figure. I hate buying size 18, 20 or 22 when the rest of me is a size 16. Hence I don't have that many clothes because I wear the same things and hate shopping.

Anyone else in the same position? Anyone been there and got a style update?

I realised recently that I was wearing only 10% of what I owned due to putting on weight.

Done the low carb bootcamp and now can wear 90% of it again... I've just forgotten how though Confused

I need a serious wardrobe overhaul.

Doesn't Bravissimo do clothing for (wonderfully) curvy types? The kind that accommodates voluptuous boobage but recognises that you have a waist?

DeepRoots · 06/04/2013 18:45

That's pepper berry. They have a really limited range of col ours and are really pricey.

Everything I've ever ordered from Pepperberry has had to go back due to being too short, too weirdly cut or just poor quality with dippy hems and puckered seams.

I highly recommend Dressipi -- put in your measurements and they will tell you what shapes suit you and show you actual clothes for sale in those shapes. Hit like and dislike a lot and eventually it'll show you things that suit your shape and that you LIKE.

I would also recommend looking at Pinterest and getting a feel for what looks you like and how people wear things you have and like but aren't sure how to wear. And I would also consider getting things altered, if its an option for you.

I wear supermarket stuff round the house and save nice stuff for going out.

bunnymother · 07/04/2013 11:55

To answer your question, I wear most of my clothes, regularly. Depending on season and occasion. I don't save anything for "best", but there are some I don't wear due to lack of opportunity ie work clothes as am SAHM

There's some really good ideas here. Thank you. Glad its not just me with the mail order nightmare. That's why I have nothing to wear. Don't have time to shop, hate it anyway, and no idea what to buy. I will definitely try pin interest and dressipi as well as trying to dress up or down the things I have already for different purposes.
