What to wear with this skirt

I have this uk.monsoon.co.uk/view/product/uk_catalog/mon_1,mon_1.11/3130144612 skirt for a registery office weddin, followed by party/10 course dinner (the couple are Chinese). What would you put with it?
I am a size 14 and quite broad across my chest as well as busty.

I like the top she's wearing in the pic too but am assuming you tried it on and it was no good for norks?

No they didn't have it the shop. The assistant was so lovely got me so much stuff to try on, even things she had put away to transfer to other shops and didn't seem bothered it was closing time. I was thinking silver or grey too.

I'd go for a grey top myself

I'd wear it with a short grey 'tailored' sweatshirt (either short sleeved or push the sleeves up) and grey ankle boots.
