ROC Wrinkle Filler is FAB. And you might not need to use it every day.

Retinol or Retin-A?

cerealqueen · 05/04/2013 19:50

Retinol, I think. Don't you need a prescription for Retin A?

Any recommendation? Bit worried about buying anything too strong and my skin being wrecked!

Well, when you've finished bf give it a go.

I always wondered about it and dismissed it as too strong, mainly because topical treatments such as benzoyl peroxide and antibiotics made my skin red raw.

I've followed the instructions to the letter and apart from a few red raised bumps on my nose and chin I haven't had any bad side effects. I started on 0.025% every other night and now I'm on 0.05% every night.

It takes six months to really work so by my birthday I should be peachy!.
