Wedding outfit - can u help me accessorise this dress?

I am 35 years old and a size 14. I have a lovely white dress with lots of blue flowers on it. It has a fitted bodice and flared skirt which comes to my knees. But not sure how to accessorise it. I need a cardi or something to cover my fat arms. Also not sure what style/ colour shoes or bag to get. Any ideas on what sort of jewellery to wear with this style dress?

Yellow looks lovely with blue and white. How about yellow bolero and shoes?

It's an old one (actually given to me by my sister as it no longer fits her). Not sure where she got it, but has had for about 4 years tho only worn twice.
