Help - I need an interview top to go under a black suit - I'm a 'jewel winter'.

I'm looking for a long-sleeved top to go under a black trouser suit for a interview and I can't find anything I like - everything seems to be short-sleeved or 3/4-sleeve. I've just had my colours done and I'm a HOC Jewel Winter, and I'm hoping to find a suitable red or green colour. I've been looking for cowl necks, but at this point I'll consider anything :(

I'm not a good shopper and I could really do with some help - can anyone suggest anything?

What about other colours? Grey? White?

I wouldn't worry too much if you are likely to keep your jacket on all the time but if you really want a proper top, Phase Eight has some cowl tops.
