Boots No 7 - has it gone downhill or is it just me?

I have bought two things from them in the last 10 days and both really disappointing compared to past products. The mascara was clumpy and had a really ineffective brush, and the kohl pencil waxy and didn't apply easily.

No 7 always used to be one of my basic go-to brands if I didn't want to spend £££. Has anyone else noticed this or have I just been unlucky?

I don't like their mascara either.

Like their lipstick, eyeshadow, blusher and have been fine with the pencils.

I have always found if I have gone back to the no7 counter with a product I am unhappy with, they have swapped it for another or a gift card.

Worth a try.

Hmm that is interesting, as I like their moisturiser - might try it! Thanks x
