Bloody M&S! Where's the merino tights?

All gone, no warm and woolly tights left, only navy ones.
They do, however have a whole wall of cooling nude ones.
Have they lost their mind? Have they never noticed the arctic freeze out?

They've also taken off the shop floor (well here they have) the thermal vests! Just some little strappy things that make me shiver just to look at them (am still cold).

Have you tried John Lewis? Falke merino are wonderful. Cost a lot- £26- but better than M&S.

I went to M&S on Monday for more thermal tights and found the same as you - all the winter stock gone! So I ordered them on line and picked them up instore yesterday.

no decent weather appropriate cashmere in store either :-(

I might order some, what happens is that I've been wearing them with lines boots and now can't wear them with shoes.

Could mumsnetters start a campaign where shops sell season / weather appropriate clothes. It's Spring, they say,so it doesn't matter if its -3, we will bring in bikinis, sandals and t shirts. Every Bloody year !!!!The one year i was organised and bought sandals early ( in February) i never got a chance to wear them - it poured rain that summer!!!
