Is there an equivalent to these items from Toast that don't cost a fortune...?

I am currently obsessing over this tunic dress and [[http://www.toast.co.uk/product/trousers/C4YL9/STRIPE+CROPPED+TROUSER.htm?categoryref=%2fcategory.aspx%3fcategoryid%3dtrousers%26seoterm%3dtrousers%26&pcat=trousers&adimage= these
]] trousers but can't bring myself to pay that much for what is essentially a long sleeved t shirt and someq trackie bottoms. Anyone know of anyone doing similar but more sensibly priced before I end up having too much wine and buying them anyway.....?!

I reckon they won't look good on unless you are 5'8 or so and a max size 10. They have Toast stuff at John Lewis so if there's one near you go try.

Don't do it OP! Toast stuff is great quality so I don't know any equivalents, but if you hold on for the sales, there are usually good discounts and a range of sizes left if you strike early.

They won't be as well made, but not too shabby either: perhaps have a look at esprit or Massimo Dutti. MD do great tees and tunics sometimes.

Also agree about Toast suiting extremely tall people only. I am 5'4 and their tunics from past seasons reached my lower knee. Basics (like regular short tees and the odd fitted sweater) are ok, but they don't even stock my shoe size! And if you are anything like petite, don't even think about it!

Sad though, cos the quality is superb and I admire their ethics.
It's a pity their 'ethics' cost so much tho!

Toasted, you are a genius. Forgot Massimo Dutti! Yes, the fabrics there are lovely quality.

Also check out Cos for tunics.

Glad I could help a bit!
