Please please help me. I have two friends coming to stay with me this weekend from London. I haven't been out for a night out for about two years and this will be my first social occasion since giving birth to DS in November. Although I have got back to pre pregnancy weight pretty quick, I was overweight to start with and my body has redistributed my weight so that my body resembles a sack of lumpy potatoes. I'm a 12-14 but with an hourglass figure and a very short body but long legs. Also I cannot find a decent nursing bra that actually holds me up so I have sort of saggy squashed boobs. I really want to enjoy the night out but don't want to go out feeling frumpy. Very few of my clothes actually fit my 'new' shape. Doesn't need to be too dressy we are going for a meal and maybe a glass of wine somewhere afterwards. I have absolutely no idea what is in at the moment. Any ideas?

I'm much more over weight than you (size18) but know what you mean I went back to pre ds size quickly just everything is 6 inches lower so totally different shape!!!
Skinny jeans, and heels and a fantastic top.... suggest jeans as your bum is probably the least affected area post baby and having a great looking bum will stop you feeling frumpy. ..... imo anyway! :)

I am a similar shape and also in nursing bras! Would recommend a tea dress or fifties style dress, great tights and heels.

Also you need an underwired nursing bra- or just wear a normal bra for the evening.

Will be back soon with links as I'm on my phone.
