Where can I get decent pale blue nail polish?

I've tried all sorts, Chanel, Nails Inc, Models Own, Maybelline, basically all the ones in my local boots. They are all streaky and shit and I have to put a billion layers on to get even coverage and then they chip off.

I've just bought a new on in the hopes it would be different (from Rimmel, as I really love their other ones) but no, it's exactly the same and I'm now pissed off because I've wasted yet more money, and time, painting my nails with a rubbishy polish.

All I want is light blue nails. That's all.

Have you found any decent ones anywhere?

No I find it really good and I've tried all sorts.. you do need 2-3 coats though.

Try OPI. I just googled OPI light blue and some lovely images came up :)

Thank you A friend of mine has some from OPI actually so I will see if I can borrow hers to see what it's like!

leighton denny is fab nail polish, they do a couple of beautiful blue colours, however you will need to hunt around the various online beauty sites to find the colour you want, no one site does all the colour range, I also believe M&S and John lewis stock it. Otherwise, Essie and OPI are good or check out Jessica.

Leighton Denny works wonders, out of all the nail polishes I've tried its the best by a long shot (IMHO), its a little pricy but I reckon its worth it. Oh and if you've got a reasonable Superdrug store near you, they now stock Essie and should have a pretty good range of colours

Another vote for Essie. I like pale blue nails too and agree with you the Chanel one is no good.

I can't rave about this enough, it's so lovely I bought the pink one too, worth every penny.

Ive got a barry M pale blue one which is lovely and also opi "whats with the cattitude" Opi are beautiful quality but expensive, I dont think they last longer that the cheaper ones but do go on well.

The other thing that will help streaking is a good top coat either Seche Vite or Lumos is good.
