why one arth do you wear thights fulls top?

puff · 07/05/2006 20:35

Well.....some outfits don't look "right" imo with bare legs (even if tanned fako or real)....I've got a black silk evening skirt with velvet detail on it and it needs....sheer black legs Grin

Tried these hold up thins about 10 years ago and one of my legs went blue. The technology has now been perfected so blood circulation remains intact.

i have a problem with hold ups

every time i go out with them , one of them wont stay up, it has been problematic in the past, so now it is stockings with suspenders instead

puff · 07/05/2006 20:39

lol lou Grin

I really thought this would happen to me, but they stayed in place brilliantly, no wrinkling etc

i dont!

it's always the same leg too, i wonder if one of them is thinner than the other?

Turquoise · 08/05/2006 12:25

I love em. Can't bear a nylon gusset.

eefs · 08/05/2006 12:35

only wear hold-ups, although I have suffered from rub marks at times. Roll on the summer when I don't need them anymore

Another vote for M&S ones - but they seem to stock (sorry for the pun!) so little of them, I just grab them when I can get them.

A little trick to stop them falling down is to only hand wash them. I have heard something about putting them in the freezer but hand washing seems to work for me.
