Relaxed skinny fit jeans? Seen in Next catalogue

Surely jeans are either relaxed or skinny or am I missing something?
I'm totally bewildered by the total jean minefield out there (skinny, super skinny, boyfriend, skinny flare, bootcut etc)

I'm a dumpy shortarse but with an identifiable hourglass, wtf should I be wearing? I have some skinny jeans but keep chickening out of wearing them, normally gone for bootcut in the past.

I'm an hourglass too and wear skinny only with a mid thigh tunic and knee boots. I think we probably suit boot cut better, but I do have some looser skinny that are probably a bit like the relaxed skinny. For me they're a good compromise between total skinny, while still looking kind of up to date.

I'm also a dumpy shortarse and I tend to go for skinny and bootcut shapes. I avoid super skinny though as they are just too tight and not flattering on a fuller figure.

I saw those too. To be honest they just looked like exactly what poeople try to avoid in skinny jeans, baggy at the thigh, fitted further down Confused

Some reviews for you here.

I have a similar figure to you (short generally with very stumpy legs, large arse but small waist) and find these very flattering, also have to size down so they're ego-boosting too. I agree that the name is a bit contradictory though!

I've got a pair of these when they were recommended on a thread on here. I don't like them though. Too narrow to wear over boots, yet look farmer giles with them tucked in. I thought they'd be a nice compromise and help me not look like a carrot, but they are unflattering and I regret getting them.
