Which supermarket does Jeans that come up to your waist?

Rather than across your belly button?

I need new jeans; I'm broke & I really don't want to have to go to Tesco, Asda & Sainsburys

Sainsburys jeans are rather good. I have some of their straight legs and they go right up to my middle.

KatyMac · 15/03/2013 21:35

That sounds good - thanks

Sainsburys gok ones are good muffin top secured and came in different leg lengths which was a pleasant surprise Wink

Asdahave lovely high waisted jeans too £18

AllPurposeNortherner · 16/03/2013 08:48

This all sounds hopeful. I need a pair of jeans that don't constantly give me builders crack...

Alibabaandthe40nappies · 16/03/2013 09:03

I have several pairs of sainsbury's jeans and they are all fab.

Or M&S jeggings are also very good and not much more expensive.

MonsterScout · 16/03/2013 12:09

The Asda straight leg ones that come up to the waist arent too bad. Not skinny enough to wear with boots, but if you want to wear with ballet flats or converse or summat, theyre decent and wash well.

Fyouimfabulous · 16/03/2013 12:41

I have Asda straight legs, no builders bum with those! I've also just bought some skinny jeggings from asda to wear with ballet pumps in the summer and they're very comfy and have decent depth too

My waist is at my belly button! Is that odd? Second m and a, £20, keep their shape slightly better than supermarket, size down. Or new look, £10, have a high waisted range but I think only in skinny not bootcut.

talkingnonsense · 16/03/2013 12:46

M and s, not a, stupid autocorrect.

KatyMac · 16/03/2013 16:14

My belly button is about 2 inches below my waist

I bought some jeggings and some bootcut each at £12.50

Thank you everyone

I saw some high waist skinnies in Tesco last week I was tempted by - must have been these m.clothingattesco.com/tesco/product/detail.do?categoryId=2167758&itemId=jg221187

SconeRhymesWithGone · 17/03/2013 00:43

Not supermarket, but after reading about the M&S jeggings on Mumsnet, I ordered them (and I am in the States). I love them. I have a long torso and ordered the long; they go right up to my natural waist and hold in what needs to be held in.

tigerdriverII · 17/03/2013 00:48

Sainsbos jeggings are really good. I didn't think I could wear them but they ware good, I have two pairs at 16 (size not age) and they work v well.

BIWI · 17/03/2013 00:48

These are brilliant

I have a pair of black ones as well as a pair of indigo denim ones.

They fit really well, and are incredibly good value.

And they are both size 8 which I really want to boast about!
