Imo, facials are nice, and a treat, and give your skin some extra glow for a day, or two, but that is it.
I would do it, if you ahd the money, and enjoy it. Aveda is nice stuff.
But, IMO, there are just the handful of beauty products that really work.
What are your skin probs?
I find REN glycolactic face mask to be great, for that just-had-a-facial glow, I use it twice a week. It is one of those rare beauty products that actually work.
A good moisturiser that does not clogg pores.
Green or normal tea bags reduce under eye puffiness. ( don' t know if you have that!)
Spots can be kept in check by holding an ice cube against it for about 10-20 secs, then repeat a few times. It helps reduce inflamation. Do not use on rosacea ( skn with lts of little veins) as too harsh a treatment.
Eating well, sleeping well, getting fresh air all have an effect on your skin.
