I'm 46 but often get mistaken for early-mid 30s; my face looks young but my neck looks older. Its longish, thin and sometimes crepey. I dont always see the creppiness.

I'm awaiting delivery of the Eva Frazer book and dvd having read. Do any of you do facial/neck exercises?

I go to the gym everyday without fail so it seems logical to exercise the face too. Don't know why I haven't thought of that before. I eat healthish, but i also eat cake, chocolate and a dessert every day - also without fail! Don't want to give the impression that crepey neck iscaused by being too thin.

Also what about massage. Can anyone recommend a book/dvd re facial/neck massage which may help.

ANY advice would be appreciated, otherwise i'll have to change my name to TurkeyWaddle66!

Watching with interest!

Failing that, botox along the jawline really tightens up any turkey waddle - they call it a Nefertiti lift I think.

Thanks SofaCanary but Botox is not an option at the moment as i'm on a budget.
