Is there a 'classic' jewellery shop (not Tiffanys) for special earrings for a 40th?

So, one of my friends 40th coming up. Budget is about £100 maybe a bit more, as splitting costs between group. I would like to get her a lovely pair of shoes (max £50) and the remainder some earrings. Probably quite classic sterling silver drop style

For previous friends 40th have done:

1. silver pendant using fingerprints and names of her children
2. Tiffanys silver pendant initial necklace

I dont want to do either of these for our other friend. I want her to know that the jewellery we get her is 'special' though.

Any ideas? (Will need to be done online - I dont get to go to 'real' shops!)
