are they any good, i was thinking about buying one, thats it really.

I don't have one but I did used to use a Vibrogym. Not sure if that's the same technology? Lost loads of weight, improved muscle tone, got rid of cellulite. More to with losing fluid than fat I think. Not sure that the ones you can buy for a few hundred £ do the same thing......
Brilliant though. I dropped a dress size in 6 weeks doing half an hour sessions three times a week.
