What to wear with Hobbs' Nancy dress

Have just bought a red Nancy dress from hobbs for a wedding. Any suggestions on what to wear with it in terms of cardigan/ wrap/ pashmina? Wedding is at the end of the month so will be cold. Trying to avoid the old bingo wings and feeling very self-conscious as in dress two sizes up after birth of first baby two months ago. Sorry haven't posted link but I don't know how to do that(still).
Also would you play it safe and accessorize with black or be adventurous and chose something different? Have a pair of killer lime shoes looking for an excuse to wear.

Yes that's it! Okay so no to the lime shoes. Was searching for ideas on what goes with red and green was mentioned but I guess there is green and then there is lime ...

Was thinking about this during the night while feeding a very hungry baby. I have two wraps I've never used before one navy and one cream. Could use the navy one- save some money!

Would you go with nude tights, navy tights or bare legs with a fake tan? Feel my legs are the only area to have escaped pregnancy unscathed!
