Christening - what to wear this weekend?

Have a christening to go to this weekend and no idea what to wear. I want to be warm enough in church but not look to wintery. Any suggestions?

I like navy for occasions like this.

Tis cold atm so a smart coat and bright scarf might be appropriate.

Something new I think, navy would be good.
Dress or trousers?
I just find it hard to find things to fit as I'm a pear shape.
(And have left it slightly late)

Go to Phase8 website and look at dresses with sleeves. some lovely ones there.

What would you get most wear out of?
Trousers are definitely OK for christenings.
