In the spirit of the original Frugal Fashion thread (see here), this is for those of us who want to make the most of what we've got and spend carefully.

Hopefully this will be a thread where we can share links to support our ideas/opinions/examples, with the purpose of helping each other spend our money more wisely.

For those of us that want to, we can flick between this thread and the original and the two can work together!

Hi all - this thread is slow which I guess is A Good Thing. Well done on the not spending!

I managed to get into town today and bought these Aldo flats Have a slight concealed wedge, very simple but will go with most of my work outfits. Lovely soft leather. Shop Assistant (another Magda - or perhaps the same one??) very helpful.

Got home and thought the shoes reminded me of something.. not a million miles from these Lanvin flats.

Also tried these which are a contender for summer sandals.
