Wow there are so many ways for a woman to gain and lose weight without even meaning to - pregnancy, childbirth, bloating, depression, stress, illness, certain meds...and then there are diets!
I've been a size 8 to 14 over the past years. It's so frustrating, I have to contantly buy new clothing and then they don't fit anymore after a few months.
I have solved this by wearing mostly roomy dresses, but I'd like to wear trousers and tighter stuff too...
Have you/are you experiencing the same thing? How do you handle it?
I also wonder for how long one should keep currently not fitting clothing?
