Blowfish boots sizing and best place to buy online?

I am looking for blowfish wisteria, the cheapest price possible.

I'm a size 5.5, should I go for a 5 or a 6?

Would have loved to get them for £13!!!

I'd size up. I got a pair that were quite tight. Next have good stock but not cheap.
