How much can I really expect to change my size 16 body in one month

(Sigh). Basically one month to a wedding at which my dds are going to be flower girls and although it might be shallow I am DREADING having to buy a dress etc etc. Pre-kids I was size 12... Multiple pregnancies and many stomach operations( all baby related) have left me a mess. What should I do for maximum results? Crunches for me a dodgy due to stomach ops but I would really really like to shift some of my stomach and arms... do I do Shred and running?

I have a decent diet ( lots of fruit/veg etc)... Crutches are chocolate and coffee. Trying to get that under control but I envisage exercise will be more the focus. I am willing to try diet changes but more interested in doing things that are sustainable rather than "crash" type things. Ideas appreciated?

Download My Fitness Pal app and put everything in, it's very easy to overestimate.

In one month? I'd go for calorie control if you have willpower, but after the wedding I'd switch to something sustainable (like 5:2 - I LOVE it, it's so easy)

You can change your body shape significantly in 4 weeks with exercise! Depends how hard core you are willing to go but something like the 30 day shred might be a good idea.

I would second the suggestion of going Paleo/primal. I went down a dress size and went from the biggest to the smallest hole in my belt when doing the Whole 30 programme of strict paleo eating, but I also slept better, had better skin and learned to be much happier with my body ad it was.
