Generally, having been a teenager in the early 90s, I have an inbuilt fear of high-waisted anything (I don't think i've knowingly worn any trousers/skirts that sit above my hips since about 1993) until I saw this picture of Jessica Alba and IMO I think she looks quite good. But, I am big of hip.
Is it possible to wear high-waisted clothes if you have big hips, or do you need to be tiny like Jessica Alba?
