Redken/Kerastase Products for fine hair

Just wondering if the shampoo and conditioner is worth the money? I use the redken body full volumiser spray and really like it but don't know if I should fork out for the shampoo and cond too? Or is there a better kerastase volumusing one? Or better still, a fab high street volumusing shampoo and conditioner I haven't found yet??? My hair is just below shoulder length and v fine and flat. Thanks!

I have been using the volumising shampoo and conditioner for about 6 months and am impressed. My hairdresser recommended it (they sell it in the salon, so no surprise there) and my hair is v shiny, more manageable and is easier to style. Mine is v v fine (bit see-through at front thanks to beginning of menopause) and same length as yours.

I was loathe to spend the money but it's lasting for ages. I still have about a third of the conditioner left and nearly half the shampoo. You only need a little bit I find. For me it has been worth it and I'll get some more when I finish this lot. I used to use Pantene, then Tresemme and then John Frieda but none made my hair look as nice as the Redken.

Cheaper (slightly) option is the Klorane quinine (sp) shampoo and conditioner - can buy it online from JL and in some Boots branches. It is amazing for fine hair - don't be put off by the hair loss mention on the pack. My hair is fine and I have lots of it but just needed a boost and this is absolutely great. Use with extraordinary oil afterwards for extra swishy hair.
