Shoes to go with this dress?

So I've splurged on a beautiful (or at least I think it is) dress from Coast for my SIL's wedding in early May. I'm a size 14 with short brown hair. What type shoes would you wear with? I'd quite like to wear tights so need closed shoes.

Oh yes should have said, can't do massively high, size 5.5/6.
