Loving the flare of the cut Hmm Grin

ujjayi · 02/03/2013 15:25

Oh my. Whomever "designed" that monstrous garment needs to be sacked.

PretzelTime · 02/03/2013 15:27

Made of polyester of course. Must be so sweaty...

alemci · 02/03/2013 15:50

bit 70's for me

TippiShagpile · 02/03/2013 15:51

Hideous - no wonder they're reduced.

And they make the models bum/thighs look big which I'm guessing takes some doing.

polyhymnia · 02/03/2013 15:57

Awful. Autograph Weekend used to be the only M and S range I bought from, but in recent seasons Autograph seems to have become as tacky - and sometimes, as here, plain bizarre - as their other 'ranges'.

alemci · 02/03/2013 16:00

alot of the clothes are awful at the moment in most shops. I wanted a top but they were all made of viscose and not very pleasant and I don't particularly like the styles or colours this year.

bring back some cotton tops please.

starfishmummy · 02/03/2013 16:02

Alemci. I am old enough to remember the seventies and I don't think I ever saw anything like that back then......

alemci · 02/03/2013 16:06

yes I grew up in them. just the styling of the trousers maybe but they are hideous whatever they are likened too IMO.

HazeltheMcWitch · 02/03/2013 16:09

Arf. It just looks like she has a series of spillages on her trews.

Fillyjonk75 · 02/03/2013 16:11

Well, someone likes them, 65+ reviewer. Perhaps more of a Gransnet fashion item.

ColouringInQueen · 02/03/2013 16:12

So hideous!!! Blimey not sure you could Give those away!

polyhymnia · 02/03/2013 16:46

Don't assume many people over 60 would actually like that awful unstylish rubbish, though. My friends of that age certainly wouldn't!

BIWI · 02/03/2013 16:51

I'm really surprised those are Autograph! Now, if you've said Per Una Speziale ...

Fillyjonk75 · 03/03/2013 11:21

I wouldn't wear them, but I don't think they are the worst trousers in history, and I don't see what the problem with a flare cut is. If you like flares, wear flares. I can think of several ladies they would suit very well.

StatisticallyChallenged · 03/03/2013 12:29

Oh dear lord they are hideous!!

bigTillyMint · 03/03/2013 12:54

OMG - hideous and unflattering even on the skinny model - no wonder they are reduced!

guffaw · 03/03/2013 18:56

I've never seen anything like these before, not even novelty pyjamas Grin

Yotamsrazor · 03/03/2013 18:58

What IS there problem do you reckon? How could they even THINK more than a handful (at most probably) of people would actually want to wear these abominations? Flares are one thing, this are quite another! Eeeek and double eeek

101handbags · 05/03/2013 11:57

I reckon Nancy Dell'Olio wears this kind of thing while relaxing on her chaise longue being fed grapes by a toga-clad muscle-bound hunk.

Hopeforever · 05/03/2013 12:00

There s only one pair left, a size 14, so others must have liked them

Wewereherefirst · 05/03/2013 12:02

It looks like she has a huge camel toe...

Who designs this dross?

CalamityKate · 05/03/2013 12:05

Hahaha! There was a part person, part tree type alien on Dr Who once. Those troos remind me of her.

Ghastly.

PretzelTime · 05/03/2013 13:59

Well according to the sole reviewer, the fit is excellent!
