For anyone due on the near future like me- just bought this for a bargain price!
Could also be used as a weekend bag too and normally sells for £90+
Also, if you subscribe to Amazon shoes and clothes updates you get another 20% off so it was only £29!!!!

Who would pay 90 quid for that? Sorry but it doesn't look anything over 25-30 quids worth.

I'm not really keen on those bags with the dangly monkeys.

SueFawley · 28/02/2013 13:06

You can remove the dangly monkey, which I do.
I bought a Kipling bag, not the same style as the one in the link, seven years ago when I was a mature student. I kept two A4 files and a couple of text books in it. Used it nearly every day for 8 months, and it really did have a hard life.
Anyway, it's still going now, looks like new.
Kipling bags do seem expensive but they last so long they're worth it.
As for their aesthetic appeal, as a bag lover, I do agree it's questionable. But they're tough and sturdy.

Quite a bargain. I just machine washed my 4 year old Kipling backpack and it looks like new. And the zips work, zips break on every other bag I buy. Does it really matter about looks for a bag you sling in the car? Wink
