Is it a foundation? Or a moisturiser? If I use it what do I drop?

I use it after I moisturise. Much lighter than foundation, I only use a tiny tiny bit, just evens up skin tone a bit.

I haven't worn foundation in years but I am liking a bit of BB cream, esp if I feel a bit tired.

If you wear it, drop foundation!

Thanks Betty!

I use the Garnier one (for dry skin)on my dry skin as a perk up my face with a bit of luminosity helper. I then pop a bit of foundation over it on the areas needing help. Esp under eyes, eye sockets, nose and a bit on cheeks. It blends in well (i use Clarins foundation).

piratecat · 28/02/2013 13:27

oh, becuase my skin is so dry i use it about 5mins after my moisturiser

I use after moisturiser. I love it as so easy to use but can also add a bit of foundation to it on a bad skin day!

PantsInWash · 28/02/2013 16:48

I use it after moisturiser, it's great for covering up varying skin tone and red bits. I use Bobbi Brown which is ace, really light and doesn't look cakey when it's on. In the summer I use their tinted moisturiser which is a bit lighter.

Depends on the bb cream, and your skin type. Some are full coverage, like a foundation, some are very sheer. Some are good for oily skin, some for dry. I dunno, I'm not convinced by them, and I've tried a few. I like that they have high spf generally, but still prefer to use foundation. The latest gimmick is CC cream, it's all just stuff they want us to buy, innit?

I Mix with moisturiser and it slaps on very evenly

AvidMarion · 28/02/2013 19:04

Use it after moisturiser but my skin is normal/dry. I use the Aldi Lacura one - it's great! Not too heavy, similar to tinted moisturiser

Second the garnier one being good, lasts a long time too. I tried the loreal one that changes colour when it goes on the other day though, I used the lightest one and it went orange!!! V annoying Angry
