Cheap ish shirt and tie for DS

Ds is 14 and is having a mick interview in school in a few weeks and needs a shirt and tie to wear. He's a very small mans size, so probably a 14.5 size shirt. He's skinny so probably needs something slim fitting.

What's trendy but also formal enough? He's got no idea or interest!

Next often do these as a combo. Or can't go wrong with TKMaxx ! (nephews like the Penguin brand)

If you don't want to spend alot look at asda online or primark

Next do a slim fit white shirt for £14, DS got one of these and was pleased with it. DS then got a plain tie from Asda for about £3 to go with it.

He found some of the shirts were a bit baggy from a lot of the shops. I recall he called them Dad shirts Smile

A dad shirt is what I don't want to get. Grin

He wears a white shirt for school already so I wanted to get him another colour.

I would just get a tie and use school shirt?

scabbysnake · 27/02/2013 16:03

Try eBay. There is normally a few next ones on there which have only been used once for things like weddings.

Or a blue school shirt, if you don't want to use his normal shirt?
