Eye cream/serum for dry skin on eyelids

Hello, I've noticed that my eyelids have taken a battering from this cold weather we're having. My skin there is dry and rough to the touch.

I'm 30yo, have normal/dry skin and am looking for an eye cream or serum to help make this go away and prevent it from returning. Budget-wise, I'd pay up to £25 fr something.

Any recommendations welcome! TIA

If it's the upper lids you could do worse than smear them with a bit of Vaseline or Dipobase or summat.

Try aveeno it was amazing for my dry skin on my eyes, the only thing that didn't irritate.

That's great, thanks - got the Vaseline on as I type! What is dipobase?

And DH uses Aveeno as his moisturiser - I'll try that, too :)

Thanks

I think Sofa means diprobase. I was going to recommend the same. V cheap moisturiser from pharmacy - I would try that before expensive creams. It's similar to aqueous cream (but works better for me)

Ha yeah, that's the one Poppadom

Thanks so much, everyone :) x
